Hes going to get a leasing agreement signed on Monday and will list the property at 1.5M$ as of now.

Transaction costs can eat up a lot of equity if you move n a year or two.

Good "Credit" for your company is not that important because you will be expected to sign personally for everything anyway.

That place is a zoo.Unfortunately, I signed up there a couple of years ago and got blasted with spam from day 1.What I tell people about BP is that it's now over 1M members and the vast majority are genuinely trying to help other each other out.  

If they can't do the job they signed up for, then you terminate and find someone else.
