It is a pain, but the only way to make sure they change it is by doing it yourself.I lack on this matter, but it is a practice that I am trying to implement on my rentals.It gives you the opportunity to inspect the house without doing a formal inspection as Account Closed said.

Growing up I guess I recognized the bad guys in westerns before the plot thickened, it's pretty obvious when the guy standing on a wagon is saying his bottle of secret formula can cure poor eye sight, any cough, back pain and can take stains out of your clothes and soften your leather boots!
