I won't make a lot on this project (**I'll reveal numbers AFTER we've officially closed), but I'm happy to get it under contract (staying in the black), especially during the holidays when it can be difficult to sell. 

I did not try to contact any of their current or past clients because I personally did not have the time and I don't believe any syndicator would reveal their client's personal information, anyway.

Proximity to me so easy to manage, superb location, nicely designed layout of apartment, can be used in a variety of ways - STR, month to month or even as a home exchange property!

I tend to agree with you that it's probably not a bad time to sell, but most will argue otherwise for a variety of reasons.
