Quicken or Quickbooks?
Sorry if I did not post in the right area. I own about 5 rental properties (and 5 mortgages and PM managing the rentals), have a full time job and a variety of other investments. I am trying to determine what would be the best tool to help with my budget, managing income/expense for my rentals and all in all..keeping better track of everything. I have been using the great excel but it has become over complicated and very manual. Any thoughts and advise would be greatly appreciated!
