Some may not know this, but in Seattle the owner also must apply for a Tenant Relocation License if you'll be giving a tenant notice due to a remodel.

I'm looking for a way to transition out of my present business (a traditional printing company) into building a real estate business that will allow me to re-locate to the Pacific Northwest. 

Boeing focused too much on immediate ROI, and made decisions that have endangered the company with top management relocating to Chicago, and losing touch with the factory floor from what I read.

What makes me believe this is the fact that Milwaukee has become a cool place for young people who move here - I always ask them why they are relocating and more and more they have no other reason than they think it's cool and they like the vibe and the cost of living.

On the other hand if you'd have to find a job in an industry that doesn't exist in Ohio for example, than it may not be wise to relocate.

I would be re-locating from NYC, so I’d love the opportunity to connect with local agents, wholesalers, and investors in the area.

When we relocated to this area we were unable to find any nice rentals for less than 900 a month.
