Interested in investing in small multi family in Tampa, FL

Hi All!

I’m currently looking to purchase a small multifamily property in Tampa, FL, which I intend to househack. My target areas are neighborhoods near the urban core such as West Tampa, Soho, Seminole Heights, Tampa Heights, etc.

I would be re-locating from NYC, so I’d love the opportunity to connect with local agents, wholesalers, and investors in the area.
