I have often used My Smart Move by Transunion and also used the services provided through my Buildium account, but I need more options since these services require the tenant to receive an email with a link to the screening request.I know I could always require them to go to a public library and create an e-mail account and access it there, but that isn't so easy for some people.

If they are not publicly traded or privately help and have an implied credit rating (you can call Moody's to request that if private), you most likely do not have a credit tenant.
