Our hypothesis is bank turned the power off months ago, sump pump stopped running, water from heavy rains we have been getting has just been building and sitting over time, possibly 1-2 months. 

I'm currently looking to network with more investor friendly real estate agents in the San Antonio area, specifically focusing in the Northeast section of San Antonio.I'm looking for single family homes within the $70,000 - $160,000 that need a pretty considerable amount of TLC and rehab with the intent to BRRRR them or flip them. 

So I'm going to avoid telling you that you shouldn't have driven into the ditch, and focus on helping you get out of the ditch.I'd give the deposit back and get rid of the problem on my shoulder.

Probably have to focus on areas like Frisco, Irving, Grapevine, Plano, Flowermound, etc.

If I do this and it still doesn't default on its debt, then I'm very happy.Debt deals are similar, but focused on different data: historical default rates.

I’m just starting out and really wasn’t focusing on a big spread just wanna get my feet wet and learn more in the process

When looked at from current income potential standpoint, the numbers start making a lot of sense.NOTE: For rural, I would focus on your current living area's 1-3 hrs radius.

I would focus on credit unions to see who has 100%.
