If you can find the note along with terms of the ARM loan as far as adjustments are concerned, you should be able to calculate what the adjustments may look like.

Since I've not yet actually pulled the trigger (as I wait for the AI verification process to be completed) I'm also interested in whether anyone has taken larger positions on deals that have smaller minimum investments (hope that makes sense).I'll admit that the feedback about many deals getting fully funded in just  a few hours is of concern.

If you really still concerned or overwhelmed with a lot of the knowledge that comes your way because you might not be familiar, talk to a RE lawyer you trust.Basically, the more you network, the more you build rapport and the more you build trust among peers, the longer and wider the road to success will be.

Thx Rob I'm going to look into that I'm just concerned that my debt to income ratio won't allow me to qualify for another loan the bank gave me a hard time getting the loan I have now.
