The other trick we see today with people thinking they can assume the mortgage is how does the equity get paid. 

Those hold harmless agreements won't hold up if you're hiring people to do something illegal.

Is this something you should add into your property analysis as revenue you won't be taking home, or do people use Airbnb service fees to account for that extra amount?
