The market is a way of transferring wealth from the impatient to the patient. 

However, reasonable accommodation can include a higher insurance rate.I am not saying I agree with it, but I am telling you that if you pass along an overage expense to a protected class, that will scream discrimination to a judge, regardless of your intent.If your "protected class" member got a BS letter from some doctor on the internet whose entire interaction with his/her patient was via an online questionnaire I think that would be a trial worth attending.

If the AC dies tomorrow, they're only going to be so patient for you to repair/replace it, so make sure you have the cash to cover such unforeseen expenses. 

My 2 cents, deals are hard to find right now, if your looking for an investment deal just be patient and eventually something will come along.

Be patient and consistent with your offers.Always do the deal's numbers and try not to forget any one of them before you make an offer.  

Just be confident and patient.    

BP, youtube, local rei meetup groups, books.....Knowledge does not happen overnight so be patient.
