We have an LLC set up for properties but from reading books/BP site and listening to BP podcast, we were under the impression to purchase as individual outside of LLC and transfer into LLC once refi is done.

Best starting point outside of a broad Google search? 

David,Atlanta has some great opportunities, but hedge funds are investing huge sums of money into the market right now.I invest in North Georgia, in the mountain areas, which are less affected by outside investors. 

We have NO other debt outside of real estate and the HELOC.
