Generally we go by district but there are a few newly developed areas (Hunter's Point, Dogpatch etc) were you can have that type of setup (one block is "high end" and down the street there are projects and/or high crime).

If we did a cash out refi, will the lender be looking for the new % to be left in figured from the “Original” purchase price or would it be calculated from the newly “appraised” price?

About half the guests I have usually make some sort of trek to the Orlando parks, or up the Space Coast to see Kennedy or a launch of some sort.
