I cant tell you how many times I have essentially given away money I rightfully deserved for my hard work and expertise, out of my desire to be "fair" and to use the gifts Ive been given to help others.

It will make investing more accessible to those with no money and no experience, as those with money and/or experience already have access.And when people with no money or experience start borrowing money to invest, the lenders will lose money and the model will quickly fall apart.Just my $.02...

I was modelling 30% of expenses I didn't even hear about the 50% rule until I got onto this forum.Most guys I deal with model 20% so I thought I was being conservative plugging in 30%!
