We meet the first Thursday of every month at the Giant 2nd floor.  

Their meeting isn't until the first Tuesday of the month.

This is something airline pilots and teachers will do: rent out a house where they can shove a bed in and overnight as cheap as possible.Ask her if she has a set schedule, or if she's looking for an "at need" deal- price from there.

Just schedule the closing within the deadline 

I have to meet a minimum of six units per acre because of zoning.

We kept adding items to the home as we worked because we were behind schedule.
