We are about to close on our first rental property in Rock Hill, SC. 2 bed, 2 bath condo.

My fiance's grandfather owns property in Black Rock and currently has a tenant that has been in the hospital for at least a month now.

There is a brand new Hard Rock Hotel and Casino which will be built here in town, and there are also around 19,000 homes which are going to be be built within the next few years as well, just outside of the Bakersfield area towards the LA basin. 

I was hired to work at Intrawest on the Westin Verasa in Napa as the Director of Sales, and then traveled to San Diego to operate the resale brokerage at the Hard Rock Hotel, and then to Cabo San Lucas, where I led the sales team for the Auberge du Soleil property at Punta Ballena.The real estate crash coincided with a decline in my enthusiasm for the real estate lifestyle, and so I went back to teaching, and taught at a great charter school in Reno Nevada, the Honors Academy of Literature, as well as in Amador County California.Now, I find myself back in the real estate field.
