IMO, between the growth of Waco, and the constant spreading south of DFW, Hillsboro is in a prime location.

Look at the prior 15 years, they didn't move that much...I find it funny... the same principals can be applied to real estate the stock market, but they are applied differently.

Once you find a deal and negotiate the lending terms I would try to get them to escrow the funds prior to closing.

She currently has a single wide mobile home that is past the point of repair (will be demolished), the brush (trees, vegetation) is overgrown and needs to be cleared, and she is extremely motivated to sell.I have a few questions:1) The lot is located in a mixed use area, consisting of residential, mobile homes, and a few warehouses.

The property was in a great location, at a great price and the inspection came out great.

Prefer someone located in Northeast Ohio but willing to work remotely.
