Hi everyone, I'm new to the site but I am a long time listener of the podcast.

I've been listening to podcasts at work and I've been very impressed with the amount of information just from those.

A while ago I would listen to real estate investing audio books while on long drives required by my profession.

Listening to the podcasts have been great for me.

I learned of BP's when listening to another real estate podcast that had Brandon and Josh on a year or so ago and was hooked on the way they looked at things.I'm currently in South Lake Tahoe, California and own a triplex. 

Meaning if that investor can step into your shoes and take over the project, they might be comfortable with sinking half of their available assets into the project.
