So the enemy method is the way to get a good idea.Check AirBNB and VRBO and see what similar properties are doing in the area.Also, Louisville recently tightened up the rules around STRs so check with the city and make sure you are good to go for a particular property.

We charge a daily fee of $50 which usually will make up for it and then some plus the additional bookings who would not have booked without the option, so in my mind it is a no brainer.

I would recommend just going to their website and filling out the inquiry form, the agent I worked with was Kyle B but it seems like part of their schtick is that it's all technology based insurance brokering to save you $ so I don't know that reaching out to a specific agent like a normal insurance quote would work!
