Plus it helps to have a really supportive family situation as well  IE Husband that supports you etc..I am glad you stressed this and how important it is to sacrifice, watch your spending, and save for the next deal.  

I forgot you married that wonderfully beautiful young lady...I guess you are the only male in your village up there...

Anyway, this lady likely does not qualify on her own.

I think all that happens is they get 1% of the price as their commission from what the auction.com customer service lady told me.I would be more interested in talking to some more about auction.com's bidding process if anybody has bought a few places through their online auction.

I do not watch the news because it's incredibly negative, I don't listen to or read negative things, as far as I know there is no bad in the world and everyone is really nice.

, I tell them to check the websites, I also add in the above paragraph...and a watch your kids around everyone. 

Watch out for the wannabe gurus that will want you to pay $10K for their mentoring etc., most of those guys aren't experienced themselves.
