Auction.com
Has anyone used auction.com? They have high premiums but have exclusive offerings. Are auctions worth the risk in your opinion depending on the deal even though you have not seen the inside of the property? What signs do you look for to give you a better understanding of the investment?

You WOULD think, if you had the information before AND if the homeowner was rational. The first problem might have an easier solution than the second problem :)
