Last one I took off,I picked a steady drizzle rain day,it kept me cool under my raincoat,,the dust all settled,,,very little dust to start with and took a potatoe fork and dumped it on the ground,,,alot like jerking off shingles.

Yes, I look at DTI (43% DTI for FHA) and I look at recent collections, tax liens, judgements, BK's, etc.If they have the down payment......who gives a crap???

J Scott threatening litigation against people like these is never a good idea, particularly when its a bluff. if the work was done right, ( or not at all), licensed or not, no " damages" actually exist...and lets say a miracle happens and a judgement is granted. ever heard the one about blood out of a turnip?....
