I am a flipper as my job i have done 5 flips now and am a full time real estate investor.

I haven't payed anything upfront so it is not a money issue, more the fact that there are half done jobs left behind and another gc for sure will quote me more to pick those back up.

We as a firm have investors working with us who have rental properties all over the US big and small.Finding a real estate-focused tax professional and one who can help with advisory and grow with you would be my suggestion to focus your efforts on finding.

Sometimes people who are comfortable managing the details of a job will hire a less skilled person to do it knowing they can get a MUCH better price and a "decent" job IF they themselves stay on top of how the work is being done.

After reviewing here are a few questions, concerns and suggestions:1.

Turnkey buyers are new investors and sometimes can be very difficult to work with so I can see a firm who does a good job trying to filter high touch investors.

Me 21 and my husband 24 are looking to start investing in multi family, our plan is to buy 3 or 4 unit properties, live in one unit and rent out the others one year at a time until we have a cash flow good enough to quit our jobs and have children.

I suggest looking on BiggerPockets' "Find a Lender" tool to find DSCR lenders that are able to lend to first time home buyers.
