There has been a technology explosion here with Aerospace Industry ect.

Hey BP Fam,I know there are a lot of hungry go getters on here, some of whom enjoy the industry and the networking, but also enjoy a paycheck from time to time. 

The rental market is very strong here currently and I would agree with the aviation industry we are more resilient with market fluctuations.  

The real estate industry and how it works isn't too familiar because no matter how much research I do, I've still never gone through the motions.

I think most of them will probably tell you to use the TREC 1-4, but some may be willing to take some 1000s from you to create something new.Option period here is Texas, basically is your inspection period....however much broader than that....allows you to back out for ANY or NO reason during that time.Most people involved in the industry in Texas ...like Title and Real Estate attorney's and lenders are familiar with the TREC 1-4 contract...but you may have to pay them more to learn your contract.   

In any given service industry, the consumer has an option to perform the service themselves but is the work going to be done in with the best outcome and effectiveness?
