I renovated the entire thing, floor, kitchen, bathrooms, all rooms, etc.

So looking at getting something that is outdated, needs a new kitchen, new bathroom then 6 months later I should be moving so I will be able to sell it. 

Plan on renovating the bathroom in each unit as I turnover.

There are just a few things I have questions about/am concerned about...everything such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical are brand new as well as the kitchens and bathrooms yet there's only one unit is currently rented out.

There’s a section of the house back the main hall where there’s a bathroom door and bedroom door and the closet door so when I was looking at the closet door I thought how annoying it would be if someone had the closet door open and people were trying to get past them to the bedroom or bathroom so I put a barn slider door there for maximum space in the hall for the closet.

A few being, 1)open stairways to main living spaces and the out side  2) window wells that allow natural light 3) amenities such as a bathroom Please share your thoughts on the effects on resale value and your valuation method for calculating these effects.Thank youPatrick

I have called Snake 'n' Rooter a couple of times, for my residence, and been happy with the service.The first time was when I first moved in, to replace a leaking main shutoff valve, and the bathroom tub/shower valve. 

He needed the pipes under the bathroom sink tightened up.
