Caldwell is one of the hottest areas in our metro market and this home was a diamond in the rough- needed some love, but within walking distance to great restaurants, parks, hipster coffee shops, etc.

And that restaurant tenants will do quarterly cleaning of the grease traps.

Often times the tenants of shopping centers are locally owned boutiques, barbershops, salons, small restaurants, etc. and the operators of these businesses don't have the liquidity to purchase a facility for themselves in addition to starting or running their business.

Once you have a few friends on BP, invite them all to a restaurant or bar and keep it casual.

Currently one of my employees at my restaurant lives in the home and it appears to be in good shape.  

In your opinion would it be better to buy a college rental which is 2-3 blocks from campus or one which is a bit of a walk from campus but situated next to many of the bars/restaurants?

Many restaurants, banks, stores, etc have a cork board where people post their business cards. 

Robert did you call the national restaurant chains and talk to the real estate departments?

Saw you post from last year - I know of a very upscale Bed & Breakfast that is expanding, due its' demand for accommodation, expanding restaurant hours and it being a number one draw for wedding venues and mansion buyouts.
