We are now looking to buy a rental property in Grand Junction, CO.

But, if you are going to 'invest' $20-50k/year into an education, please stop and think about the 'return' on that investment - unless you or your parents just have a couple hundred grand to toss at it, think about why you are studying and what it will gain you.

I have a friend with $30 million in the bank that is a lonely middle aged divorcee with screwed up kids (in and out of trouble) and grand kids that will never be normal. 

This all adds up to a few grand.

Just a Few grand saved up. 

It's being gentrified just like Chatham and grand crossing.

What about Manhattan and Rochester or Aspen and Grand Junction?

I agree with @James Wise 100-200 dollars is not that much in the grand scheme of things, especially if one has a decent income.

I traded for two large apartment complex in the Dallas area, one in Mesquite and one in Grand Prairie.
