I get so exited and feel so much passion when I am absorbing content, but when it comes to taking action, I am about it, all day, the thing is I have no idea where to start, or where to look where to start, although I am hoping this is a good starting point!

In market like california if someone is offering property for 4000$ . is it possible?

If you weren't comfortable going the turnkey route then you could partner with an investor friendly agent who should have teams in place to make the investment passive for you as well.
