Students were practically knocking down the door to get in....AND they've already asked if they can extend their leases for an extra year.  

Due to the extra income the other units can potentially bring in each month.

I've just called up the inspector and said I needed a little more time and they give me an extra month. 

And that is what I am trying to do is to finish the house sell it give him his portion and get mine but when he tells me to take the house and shove it up my *** and that I am trying to screw him over when that is the farthest thing from the truth it is kind of hard.

It would be great if, when sellers say they do not know, they were telling the truth. 

Think about it for a min, If you miss a month cause you want more rent that's $800 which you make up in a year buy taking lower rent but getting that extra month.

...and wants to charge extra for each one.

Most people will refinance into a new 30 year loan with lower payments and not make extra payments on the loan.
