Stratergise, make a plan and execute it!

I've heard about it on the podcasts but I havent met too many people that have implemented and executed the plan. 

I find they over simplify what I think is a relatively complex and difficult to execute strategy.

I typically go alone to execute the contract when we get the feeling that the certain seller has an illogical hate for realtors, which happens to be many FSBO's here in Miami. 

I would also like to learn how to execute wholesale sales (not sure if there's a term for this that I'm missing?).

Also for some reasons, at least around here, you mention "Modern" and contractors charge more because they know that they need to be perfect in their execution because errors are more apparent when your concerned with clean lines.Insulation costs are the same.

I love that you had a vision for that junky little house and executed it.

Hello everyone, I'm calculating that total dollar figure needed to execute a "Fix and Flip" project, and was wondering if some of the property purchasing costs such as, Title insurance, Land Transfer fee, etc.

I've closed several deals after two or three executed contracts fell through due to to the seller.
