People invest in RE in many different ways and I do not think it is a one size fits all venture.

Then I would spend the next 30 days seeing if anything else would fit my criteria.  

Otherwise yes many of the other books recommended on this site are excellent too and much of the info carries over to Canada. 

I hear them referred to often on BP and have tried several from Fiverr and Upwork but have not found a good fit yet.

It's a great 13,300 sqft building that fits our needs perfectly, so we really want to make it work.
