Always disclose that you are a licensed agent & obey the NAR Code of Ethics, and you should be fine.It does create a different set of headaches in that you are held to a higher standard than unlicensed investors.

If you use that advantage in order to explain to them why this is in their best interest in a way that makes sense, and is ethical, then you're winning.

It seems like you're hungry to learn, which might be your best asset along with your energy and work ethic. 

On those websites, you have no guarantee that the designer was ethical or legal in the production of you logo.

However, does this raise red flags for anyone else with regard to ethical conflicts of interest? 

These are professionals with additional training and a stricter code of ethics.

The way you opened the topic left me thinking that you're asking a moral/ethical question, like "how do investors sleep at night?".
