I would make sure they have a job in essential services .

AirbNB  likely just had tens of billions in valuation wiped out  from their eventual IPO  --.. ( think WeWork IPO ) Oh well you snooze you loose , I know there was ' talk  ' of possible shares being made available for Hosts - but I highly doubt that would ever have happened , too much paperwork, none of the other service platforms like Uber Lyft ever gave participants any shares and their investors would never allow it..

I'm not, however, going to shoulder a bigger burden while tenants chose to spend money on non-essentials instead of on rent.

I got my first deal and super excited however there are several obstacles in my way besides the virus that is locking down all of the government buildings as well as nonessential services within my city, and prohibiting me from filing paperwork on record.

That's my current state but Houston Real Estate has slow down a lot in general even thought real estate is listed as essential service.

@Alex Bekeza from local forums I am seeing it sounds like appraisers, title, etc are essential and still operating.
