But this person is saving $1000 a month on rent, I don't know why they would go ahead and void a lease where they stand to save $12000 a year for a one off payment of $2000.I'm hoping the current owner has some kind of relationship with the tenant, I can make the sale of the house contingent upon the house being delivered vacant, the tenant may be more responsive to the current owner than me.Andrew
