Often when you tell them that you're an agent and you wanna buy they're place, they don't want to deal with you because they think you have some insider advantage, trying to take advantage of them, and they won't give you the same fair consideration many of times as they would just a private individual with no professional licensing.

I have experience with both...SEO (search engine optimization) and PPC...Driving new and relevant traffic to your landing page or website is what Adwords does best---it works masterfully if your ad draws attention.Converting this PPC lead into a paying client is something altogether different---your website needs to be leakproof (lead leakproof that is) to get the greatest ROI from Adwords...I give you an example of conversion/ROI on an active campaign I am running for bad credit mortgages that I spent $750 on in April: Click Through Ratio: 1-15% depending on keyword (I don't pay top dollar for my keywords and as a result, CTR is lower then it could be).

But the draw backs are not having the income from my current job and also lack of benifits.I just feel like the days pass by so fast but I can't get anything accomplished because by the time I get settled in at home its 7-8 pm and i relax for an hour go to bed and get up at 5am :protest: So its almost impossible to find the time to do anything more then read books, articles, check listings every now and then...etc
