I watched an old BP episode that talked about other fees too before even getting started! 

I send off market deals to my investors with no markup or representation fees attached.

I pay a finders fee to people who tell me about a property that is not listed that I buy.

The majority of sellers make more AFTER paying for REALTOR fees.

Curious what others are currently doing for:Late Fees?

@Jordan Moorhead good buyer agents will be able to negotiate their fee into the deal.

After all the tacked on fees that have been climbing (some of the cleaning fees were crazy in light of what they expect you to do to clean it yourself), I didn't see a huge benefit vs a traditional hotel.....so I passed.
