I did not even know that a license had to be obtained in order to be involved in private lending. with that being said I am still very much interested in this aspect of real estate investing and especially note investing.

.§5.066, 5.067, 5.071, 5.081 5.082These sections do:§5.061, 5.062, 5.063-5.065, 5.073, 5.083 and 5.085just doing a drive by look, §5.061 and 5.062 discuss and define the term default, and 5.062 states that if a deed is to be delivered within 180 days, the rest of the sections do not apply.

I have researched NPNs and all aspects from funding & negotiating to accounting and legal.  

Looking forward to discussing all aspects of flipping and investing with BP members.

They still didn't learn legal aspects or gain more RE knowledge, they just work a system.

I'm going to research every aspect of it thoroughly and try what I think I'll like best.
