I'll just add that as a cosigner, you are supposed to also receive copies of any notices given to your daughter. 

@Chris Seveney the daughter said the mom asked if they can keep the tarp “that’s currently covering the grass” because they plan to install a pool.

Rent is being paid on time every month by her daughter who does not live with her.

I’m there twice a month to visit my daughter so it’s easy for me to check on my project statuses.

My daughter is a freshman in college, so plan is to buy a 3 - 4 unit building near her school to owner occupy for at least the first year.

Being new parents to a beautiful baby girl, Kat and I are much more focused on providing security for our daughter and the best life possible for her.  

My daughter just finished her second year at The University of Arkansas and was here last week.  

The reward miles come in handy having two daughters in travel volleyball.  

(network and resources are huge)The process was grueling and at times i wanted to quit because maybe that 7000 was worth it. all in all i finished the fence, in material i spent 2700 and i paid a highschool kid 200 bucks to finish putting my middle screws in along the whole fence due to running out of time with the birth of my daughter!
