I currently work for a construction company that specializes with investors.

Obviously if you buy a $500k WL policy, make one payment, the company guarantees the current death benefit based on your purchased insurance and contributed paid up premium in cash value. 

I am currently enrolled in his LP Cohort and am finding a lot of value in it.

The current balance is 49K. 

I have done a couple of flips and currently own a single-family rental as well as a commercial tract that I am developing.Now that I have finlly introduced myself I look forward to getting to know more of you.Nick

Most homes in Milwaukee sell with multiple offers, so instead of more contingencies or tests we currently see about 56% of all offers without even a regular home inspection.

This would put a new loan in 3rd position until I get rid of the lien currently in 2nd. 

I'm looking to expand in the Ohio area, but would like to get a little more insight on the demographics from local investors.CHi Christian, Columbus has a lot of up and coming areas like Old Town East that would currently be considered a C but are rapidly changing for the better.
