That is  $25k plus deal with neighboring wells that I would pretty much guarantee don't have the 200 foot well liners so now we are talking probably another $12k for the well liners going deeper OR implement a self contained septic that I don't know much about.

You will need to will need to qualify and they may require all the owners to sign and guarantee the loan.

Depending on your properties you pick up, your cashflow of say an equivalent 800/month between 1 or 2 rentals is not guaranteed every month due to unforeseens and vacancies, etc. however your 800 savings on mortgage is a guarantee.
