Refinance property in my business name

I purchased a home to fix and flip from auction but  was recently introduced to this website and wanted to see if I can get some advice on options with this property. The property is completed paid for with about $165k into it, including rehab. Currently I have it listed for 210K but since I've been reviewing this site I was thinking of keep the property as my first rental. My dilemma is this home was purchased in my business name and I wanted to know if I could finance this property and pull money out to make another purchase since its not in my

personal name and also is this a good idea since I initially wanted to sell and not rent.
