Down east, we have lots of building which is much older (I just looked at one from 1850 last week).While these old converted houses have grace and style, unless they have been retrofitted in the past 20 - 30 years they may also have older plumbing and electrical, original single pane windows and no insulation.  

Are you a park owner who wants to sell park owned homes to the occupants to convert the park to lot rent only?

I'm going to convert four of the 2/2 into 3/2 for about $5K each.

Side-by-side in both instances and not enclosed in a counter or closet..We sold an old Cape Cod to a heavy set woman who couldn't do stairs.She had her son convert the living room into both a laundry & master bedroom.

I have one rental that was a primary residence convert.

Perhaps at that time I convert it back to a single, subdivide and sell everything, or just sell the triplex.Triplex #23,900 sq ft building on a relatively small lot but quiet dead end street. 

My guess is that the link will get clicks, but do you think this tactic will be more likely to convert leads, i.e., will they fill out the form if they are more engaged?

If it's for a fixed term, you cannot remove them unless they breach the lease and you evict (most typically for non-payment of rent).If they are merely holding over their term, or their fixed term lease converted to a month to month lease then you can terminate the lease for any (non discriminatory) reason with a 30 day notice.A couple of other points.

With the majority of my assets being tied up in 401Ks and Roth IRA’s I am looking into converting those Roth’s into a Self Directed IRA with Checkbook control.
