I normally see the following different set of feesAcquisition fee - If you are taking time to find deals, I can understand wanting to get paid for it.Performance Fee - If the deal does better than what most people can get in the market, you can be compensated as such.Management fee - an annual fee for your work overseeing the PM company, making distributions, doing the books, filing the tax returns, etc.best of luck.
