In my experience, the most common issue is noise between levels.

I need to get to know some contractors for sure.So I’m kind of looking to move to a warmer climate my wife hates the cold, so I don’t know when and if we will move, but I didn’t know if starting to invest into a rental before we move would be a good idea or not?
