In addition, the area below the sill was all disintegrated We replaced the window sill with a fabricated Corian sill (a local place did that) and we also put a broad Corian apron below it to replace the tiles and wonder board that had disintegrated.

@Jeff Rappaport (nice post Jeff:)@Bill GulleySub2s are great for short term such as buy - fix - resell or buy - fix- refi.Sub2s are not for long term, and wrapping as an exit strategy is not advised by many on this board.
