That isn't enough to start sounding alarm bells and it certainly isn't enough to cause a disturbance of the equilibrium that we see in Detroit on the low end or California on the high end.

you can drive slow but dont cause the traffic the car behind you lol.

In Florida, this is helpful due to the weather...at no time is the home open to the rain to cause future mold issues, etc.

Then you can take this filtered list of properties and run a more in depth calculation and figure out if anything is good.Finally, I don't think there is any harm in letting other agents in the area know that you are a buyer and that if they send you something good, you will move on it - if that is in fact true.

The loan officer and my Agent said peeling paint, no appliances, and ruined floors would cause a no go with the FHA loan.   

It just sounds like it is her, in the middle that has caused the problem. 

Was it due to a leak caused by a problem with the roof?
