However, I often like to do business with vendors who are recommended to me.

I already feel like I have a good base of knowledge but I'm still a little confused on the legal side of the business and there is definitely more that I need to learn.

When you first started, did you have a mentor/business advisor that help guide you through your journey?

The property is located in a business district and does not have residential district restrictions, so I think STR is allowable to some extent.
