Earn above average yieldsI don't care where they are located, who does or doesn't like the area, and whether or not I would or wouldn't consider living in the area.

But I know my timeline, I know the historical averages, and I know the worst case scenario.

So we expect the craftsmanship to not only be better than average but for the work to be done in a timely fashion as well. 

After talking to my realtor a bit more, she said an average pool in the area increases value between $10,000 and $15,000 (all other things being equal of course)...

I arrived at this numbers from the history of the property (about 1000$ average yearly maintainance for past few years) and secondly form some research.
