There are several vendors to choose from for automating lock codes. 

Those typically are tied to a secured instrument so they would need to be modififed but give you an idea of the terms. 

AI's strength lies in automating defined, albeit tedious, processes.

There is also automated systems on pc's that have template libraries coded per situation (PhraseExpress).

I am looking for ways to automate the process of collecting rent as I've learned when knocking on their doors every first of the month, gives my tenants an opportunity to complain about any small things.

Because of this, I don't think any automated software will ever work in SF.

So we brought all back to the home office, I automated the billing etc & she eliminated all staff.

The ones who stay receive an automated message telling them to save my contact information for next time to book directly. 

Additionally, my wife turns out to be quite the designer / host and I am good with numbers / tech / automation / research.

As I mentioned, most Architect's services and "instruments of service" are not transferable or assignable which confuses this issue since what scope of services is the Architect operating under for the new owner??
