Looking for ways to set up automatic rent payments

Hi Everyone! I am a relatively new landlord, currently house hacking a 4-unit property in NJ and it has been a great experience so far. I am looking for ways to automate the process of collecting rent as I've learned when knocking on their doors every first of the month, gives my tenants an opportunity to complain about any small things. If anyone has any advice/recommendations on this topic, please fee free to share. Thanks!

@Liliana Tepan. If your tenants have a bank account, simplest probably is to setup AutoPay through their bank to automatically pay on designated day. For more electronically savvy, there is Zelle, Cozy, and many others.
